• basic computer knowledge (word, excel, internet)
• well groomed
• a knowledge of the property market is an advantage by keeping up-to-date with industry related news, laws, etc.
• additional language(s) is an advantage (English preferred, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, German, Russian)
• driver's licence
• own vehicle
• knowledge of the area where you will work
